By using this website and booking through Emaam Tours & Travels, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & payments

Before making a payment, request written booking details identifying the arrangements, booking status, deposit required and balance schedule. Confirm which supplier services have been booked and retain your payment receipt and confirmation. Website prices are indicative planning amounts, subject to availability and seasonal variation until confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the policies of airlines, hotels and other suppliers at the time of cancellation. These are shared with you in writing before you pay. Government and supplier fees may be non-refundable.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations. We assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee issuance, which rests with the relevant authorities.

Liability

Emaam Tours & Travels acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
