Send your departure city, destination, preferred dates, number of adults, children's ages, available nights and approximate budget. Add room preferences, mobility needs and any essential experiences.
What should I compare in a domestic package?
Compare the same number of nights, hotel locations and room type. Check how you reach the destination and whether local transport, entry tickets, meals and optional activities are included.
Does an international package include flights?
Check the price basis on the specific package and your written quote. A land package usually separates airfare. Even when flights are listed, confirm the departure airport, dates, baggage and fare conditions.
How should I choose an Umrah package?
Compare nights in Makkah and Madinah, hotel names, walking or shuttle arrangements, room occupancy, meals, airfare and local support. Discuss the needs of children and older travellers before choosing the room and transfer plan.
Does pilgrimage assistance confirm a permit or departure?
No. A listed route is a planning enquiry, and assistance does not establish a permit booking. Confirm current official requirements, travel advisories, access and arrangements for your dates. Hajj arrangements require separate confirmation and should not be inferred from an Umrah quote.
What do I need to confirm before paying?
Request the itinerary, total payable, booking amount, balance dates, included services and cancellation conditions in writing. Ask which arrangements are confirmed and retain the payment receipt and supplier references.
